Prayer: Father, I am ready to receive from Your word guidance and instruction. Guide me, King eternal. Amen.
Reading: Zechariah 8 key: vs. 23 “Thus says Adonai-Tzva’ot, “In those days it will come to pass that ten men from every language of the nations will grasp the corner of the garment of a Jew saying, ‘Let us go with you, for we have heard that God is with you.’” TLV
Attention: The message of God events travels fast and abroad. Imagine the day when “ten men from every language of the nations will grasp the corner of the garment of a Jew saying, ‘Let us go with you, for we have heard that God is with you.”
This type of event has happened before and is written in scripture! If you are not familiar with the account of the spies which Joshua sent out and the testimony of Rahab, I encourage you to read Joshua 2. Rahab reports to the two spies, that she has heard what God did for the Jewish nation coming out of Egypt. She tells them that she “knows” that God has given them the land and asks for asylum for her and her family, when they come against Jericho,
So, do you think it far fetched to believe that God can prophesy what “will come to pass?” He knows the beginning from the end. For Him, it is like a gambler betting on something when he already knows the outcome. It is not called gambling when you already know the result. It is called a sure thing.
So, imagine the day when ten men from all nations will beg the Jew, “Let us come (go) with you, for we have heard that God is with you.” Adonai declared it and it will come to pass.
Imagine if the Christians were to live holy lives which manifest the power of God in healings, deliverance, and discipleship. Do you believe the word would travel to all nations and they would come or invite us to come, because God is with us.
Action: I choose to live a life which manifests the Holy Spirit in power.
Yield: I choose to submit to the authority and supremacy of Adonai.
Engage: I choose to engage with the Holy Spirit in power.
Relationship: I choose to live in holy, obedient relationship with Adonai.
Memory Verse: Joshua 2:9 “and she (Rahab) said to the men: “I know that Adonai has given you the land—dread of you has fallen on us and all the inhabitants of the land are melting in fear before you.” TLV
