These Are the Men

Prayer: Father, just as in Ezekiel’s day, You are ready to expose evil. I am listening to Your council and wisdom. Amen.

Reading: Ezekiel 11 key: vs. 1-2 “Then the Ruach lifted me up and brought me to the east gate of Adonai’s House, facing east. Behold, at the door of the gate, were 25 men. I saw among them Jaazaniah son of Azzur and Pelatiah son of Benaiah, leaders of the people. He said to me, “Son of man, these are the men that devise sin and give wicked counsel in this city.” TLV

Attention: I’m simple enough to believe that since Adonai told Ezekiel who was evil and who to prophesy toward, that He is willing to do the same today? Who led Nathan to confront David (2 Samuel 12:1)? Who gave Peter the awareness of Ananias and Sapphira’s sin? Who was telling Elisha the intel to provide the king of Israel on the conversations of the king of Syria in his bedroom (2 Kings 6)? The Ruach Spirit of God told them all.

It is the eternal nature of God which compels the writer of Hebrews, “Yeshua the Messiah is the same yesterday, today, and forever (13:8).”

Adonai has not changed. He is still the same, “yesterday, today, and forever.” The office of prophet and the gift of prophecy are the same today and will be in the future. Are we and our prophets willing to declare Adonai’s message? If we are willing, we will see transformation! He promises His word will not return in vain without accomplishing His purpose. The prophet Isaiah records Adonai’s word, “so My word will be that goes out from My mouth. It will not return to Me in vain, but will accomplish what I intend, and will succeed in what I sent it for (Isaiah 55:11).”

This is the purpose of the Ekklesia which Yeshua declared in Matthew 16:18. May the Ekklesia arise and fulfill their purpose. We have the power to change our cities, regions, and nations, if we will listen and declare the word of the Lord.

Action: I choose to embrace the identity which Yeshua declared as His Ekklesia.

Yield: I choose to submit to the identity and calling of Yeshua’s Ekklesia.

Engage: I choose to engage with the Ruach in demonstrations of power.

Relationship: I choose to live in intimate, holy relationship with Adonai.

Prayer: Father, thank You for opening my eyes to see Your angel armies, Your prophets and prophetic gifting on the rise, and the power available in the Spirit. May I rise as one of Your Ekklesia. Praise and glory I give to You. Amen.

Memory Verse: Isaiah 55:11 “so My word will be that goes out from My mouth. It will not return to Me in vain, but will accomplish what I intend, and will succeed in what I sent it for.” TLV
