Prayer: Father, You are the source of all wisdom. During times of evil and wickedness, may I always seek You and Your wisdom for You are truth. Amen.
Reading: Daniel 12 key: vs. 1-2 “At that time Michael, the great prince who stands guard over the sons of your people, will arise. There will be a time of distress such as has never occurred since the beginning of the nation until then. But at that time your people—everyone who is found written in the book—will be delivered. Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the earth will awake—some to everlasting life, and others to shame and everlasting contempt.” TLV
Attention: It is comforting to know of the consistency of scripture. Daniel is told about the resurrection of the dead like the Apostle John tells us in Revelation 20, “And I saw the dead—the great and the small—standing before the throne. The books were opened, and another book was opened—the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to what was written in the books, according to their deeds (12).” The prophecies in both Daniel and Revelation mention a book of names and if your name is found in it, you “will be delivered,” and those names who are not found face “shame and everlasting contempt.”
The concept of resurrection is assured scripturally in the writings of the apostle Paul in 2 Corinthians 4:14 “knowing that the One who raised the Lord Yeshua will raise us also with Yeshua, and will bring us with you into His presence,” and 1 Thessalonians 4:14 “For if we believe that Yeshua died and rose again, so with Him God will also bring those who have fallen asleep in Yeshua.”
Paul also records in his letter to the Corinthian community the witnesses to the resurrected Messiah Yeshua, “that He was buried, that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures, and that He appeared to Kefa, then to the Twelve. Then He appeared to over five hundred brothers and sisters at one time— most of them are still alive, though some have died. Then He appeared to Jacob, then to all the emissaries, and last of all, as to one untimely born, He also appeared to me (vs.4-8).”
If you and I embrace a resurrected Jesus, we must also embrace that we will also be resurrected at His return.
Action: I choose to embrace a resurrection for followers of Yeshua.

Prayer: Father, thank You for the power of a resurrected Savior in Messiah Yeshua. He is perfect, unblemished. The Lamb of God chosen from the foundation of the world. Thank You for providing a way back to You relationally. My sin had separated me from You. I proclaim salvation through the name of Yeshua only. Amen.
Memory Verse: 2 Corinthians 4:14 “knowing that the One who raised the Lord Yeshua will raise us also with Yeshua, and will bring us with you into His presence.” TLV
